Email templates, the delivery log, and calendar invites for every scheduled session.
Each speaker gets a real .ics attachment (METHOD:REQUEST). The UID is minted once per speaker and session and never changes, so re-sending after a room or time change raises SEQUENCE and calendar clients update the existing event in place instead of adding a duplicate. Times are shown in America/Los_Angeles.
